Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if your order does not start delivering within 72 hours of placement, if the delivered quantity falls short of what you paid for by more than 20%, or if the service quality does not match our description. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of order placement through our support system.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not available for orders that have been fully delivered as described, services where you provided incorrect information (wrong video URL, deleted video, private video), orders where delivery was interrupted due to account suspension or content policy violations, or custom orders that have already been processed and started
Partial Refunds
If your order is partially delivered, you will receive a refund for the undelivered portion only. For example, if you ordered 1,000 YouTube subscribers but only received 600, we will refund you for 400 subscribers. We calculate partial refunds proportionally based on the original order amount.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. PayPal refunds typically process within 24-48 hours, while credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, log into your YouTubeSMM account and navigate to your order history. Click on the order you wish to refund and select "Request Refund." Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund. Our support team will review your request within 24 hours and respond via email.
